However, due to the natural and seasonal availability of flowers and plants, we cannot guarantee the exact color, species, or availability of specific products. The images provided are for reference purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product received.

    By placing an order with XFLOS, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the purchase. All prices displayed on our website are in the local currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payment platforms, as indicated during the checkout process.

  1. Collection and Delivery
    Fresh flowers and botanicals are available for collection from our shop located at Collingwood Yards during our designated opening hours. We do not offer shipping for fresh flowers. However, our perfumes can be shipped nationwide, subject to applicable shipping fees and restrictions.
     

  2. Returns and Refunds
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for fresh flowers and plants. In the case of any quality issues or concerns with our products, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery, providing relevant details and supporting evidence, and we will strive to address the issue to your satisfaction.
     

  3. Intellectual Property
    All intellectual property rights related to the XFLOS website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, are owned or licensed by XFLOS. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any copyrighted material without prior written consent from XFLOS.
